Are the RV sites open?
Yes. The new sites are finished and taking guests, with full hookups for water, sewer, and electric. Call or text (409) 789-6231 and we will hold your dates while you are still on the phone.
Can you fit a big rig?
The new pads were laid out with long rigs in mind. Tell us your length and setup when you book and we will assign a site that fits without a twelve point turn.
What glamping stays do you offer?
Conestoga covered wagons with real beds, hand painted Mongolian yurts, timber framed safari tents, and one converted vintage railcar with a rooftop deck. Every unit sits near the new bathhouse.
How do wedding packages work?
Three packages by day of the week: Silver at $3,500 for Monday through Thursday, Gold at $5,500 for Friday and Sunday, and Platinum at $6,500 for Saturday. All of them include the whole day, up to 150 guests, both suites, ceremony and reception spaces, setup, breakdown, and a sound system. Details live on the Weddings page.
Can wedding guests stay on the ranch?
Yes. On site lodging sleeps up to 15, and the RV sites, wagons, yurts, and tents are open to your guest list. Many couples book the meadow for their whole crew.
Is the resort open during weddings?
The ranch stays open, and ceremonies keep to their own corner of the property. If you would rather visit on a quiet weekend, ask about the events calendar when you book.
Do I need a fishing license for the pond?
No. The pond is private ranch water, so Texas does not require a license to fish it. Bring your tackle, or ask at the store about borrowing some.
What is there to do without leaving?
The indoor pool and hot tub, the casino parlor with its antique machines, the go-kart track, the western movie theater, kayaks on the pond, and the firepit lawn. Most guests do not get through the list in one stay.
How far are you from Houston?
About 60 miles, one straight hour west on Interstate 10. Columbus is ten minutes away for groceries, fuel, and cafes.
Can I bring my pet?
Leashed pets are welcome around the RV sites and grounds. For glamping units and event spaces, call ahead and we will walk you through what works.
