New RV and glamping sites beneath the live oaks

RV Sites

The newest corner of the ranch. Fresh gravel pads laid out under the oaks, full hookups at every site, and a bathhouse that looks like a boutique hotel lost a bet with a garage.

  • Full hookups: water, sewer, electric
  • New pads sized for big rigs
  • Modern bathhouse and showers
  • Firepit lawn and barrel tables a short walk away
Conestoga covered wagons parked in the meadow Inside a wagon: a made bed and bunks under the canvas bonnet

Conestoga Wagons

Covered wagons the way the trail never had them. Under the bonnet you get real beds with proper linens, air conditioning, and a deck with steps instead of a wheel to climb.

  • Queen bed plus bunks under the canvas
  • Heating and air conditioning
  • Steps up to a private deck
  • Bathhouse a short stroll away
A Mongolian yurt with a hand painted orange door The round room inside the yurt

Mongolian Yurts

Genuine lattice wall yurts with hand painted doors, raised on wooden decks in the oak shade. Round rooms do something square ones cannot. You will sleep like a felt wrapped king.

  • Authentic hand painted details
  • Private deck with chairs
  • Climate control inside
  • Marked sites along the gravel path
Safari tent porch with two chairs

Safari Tents

Timber framed canvas tents on full decks, each with a front porch pointed at the trees. Camping, except the floor is level, the bed is real, and nobody argues with a tent pole after dark.

  • Timber frame and canvas walls
  • Front porch with seating
  • Real beds on a solid deck
  • Steps from the bathhouse
The vintage railcar cabin on its rails with a rooftop deck

The Railcar

A vintage rail coach parked on its own stretch of track, converted into a cabin with a rooftop deck and a pair of rocking chairs. The only room at the ranch with a caboose story.

  • A genuine converted railcar
  • Rooftop deck with rockers
  • One of one. Book early
